At Emesco Specialty Foods, we take great pride in the quality of our product. Due to the highly perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is compromised in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@emescospecialtyfoods.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will promptly review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit. To ensure peak quality, all products must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery. We cannot be responsible for orders that are not properly stored after receipt or delayed delivery due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
